Max Social is a social discovery service for adults aged 18 and over. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Max Social is operated by [your name or company]. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. During setup we ask for your name, date of birth (to confirm you are 18 or older), and gender. As you use the Service we store the groups you join, the interests you select, the messages you send, the polls you create or vote in, and the people you privately like along with any resulting matches. We also store basic technical information needed to operate the Service.
We use your information to operate the Service: to place you in groups and interest squads, to power private mutual matching, to deliver messages, and to keep the community safe. We do not sell your personal information.
We process most data to provide the service you request and to keep it safe. Information about who you like is treated as sensitive and is processed only with your explicit consent, given by choosing to use the matching feature. You may withdraw consent at any time by not using that feature or by deleting your account.
Your data is stored using Google Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure on our behalf. We do not sell your data and share it only as needed to run the Service or where required by law. Private likes are never shown to other users. Only a confirmed mutual match is revealed, and only to the two people involved.
Some group features let you post or vote anonymously to other members. To keep the community safe and address abuse, we keep an internal record of who sent anonymous content. This record is not visible to other users.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your profile and associated data as described below.
You can update your profile in the app and delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, use the in-app deletion option or contact us at [your contact email].
Max Social is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn someone under 18 has created an account, we will remove it.
We use industry standard measures to protect your information, but no online service can be completely secure.
Our infrastructure may process and store data outside your country, including regions operated by Google Cloud. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the date above.
